The temperature ranges between 17 and 27 C.We recommend bringing warm-weather clothing, sportswear, and swimwear.At night the temperature drops and the weather feels much cooler, so we recommend bringing a jacket or coat.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but we have plenty of outdoor space so smokers can feel comfortable smoking without disturbing anyone.The only recommendation is to avoid leaving cigarette butts on the grass.

Both parents of the minor must prove their relationship with identification documents. If traveling with adults who are not the parents, a photocopy of the accompanying adult's identification document must be presented, along with an authenticated signature of the minor's parent and a handwritten confirmation stating that their child is traveling with the accompanying adult with their authorization.

What is the cancellation, modification, and withdrawal policy?

Right of withdrawal applies only to non-face-to-face purchases. This right must be requested in writing to serraniadelviento@gmail.com no later than five days after the purchase, provided that it is exercised at least five calendar days before the scheduled arrival date of the guest. 2.19.2.1.2.
